Changing the conversation about work and cancer

RedArc adds specialist cancer organisation to its partner panel

We are pleased to confirm that WWC’s coaching and training support has been added to the panel of additional services offered by RedArc nurses, thus expanding the range of their services and the range of clients WWC will be able to support.

Barbara Wilson commented “Every two minutes someone is diagnosed with cancer so we can expect the incidence of cancer in the workplace to increase. It’s essential that employees and managers are knowledgeable, equipped, and ready to respond, as being able to work is something that most cancer survivors want to do for many reasons, not least because it provides financial independence, but mainly because it provides a sense of normality. We’re very pleased to work with RedArc to extend our support even wider.”

RedArc works with insurers, intermediaries, employers and membership organisations, adding value to insurance products and employee assistance programmes, as well as employee benefits and membership solutions.  RedArc Nurses provide long-term practical advice and emotional support tailored to meet the individual needs of those affected by a serious physical or mental health condition, disability, trauma or bereavement.
